Join Natalie for a 55-minute class designed to bring you back to yourself. As we return to routine after the summer break, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected. This class is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reset before the pace of the season picks up. We'll begin with 40 minutes of mindful movement—blending Pilates and yoga-inspired sequences to release tension, build strength, and restore balance. Then, ease into a 10–15 minute guided meditation to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. After attending a meditation course last summer that I found truly life-changing, I felt called to share this practice with my clients. This class is a blend of everything I love, movement, breath, stillness. Whether you're new to meditation or simply need a moment of calm, this class is for you. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded.
